Blurred Lines Lawsuit: Robin Thicke Settles With Marvin Gaye’s Children [VIDEOS]

Los Angeles judge granted Nona Gaye and Frankie Christian Gaye a dismissal of their lawsuit against EMI which is owned by Sony/ATV music publishing, in exchange the for a settlement in the copyright infringement case. Thicke’s Grammy nominated song “Blurred Lines sounds like the Old School track by Marvin Gaye’s “Got to Give it Up.”

The amount of the settlement was not disclosed but the children did turn down an six-figure offer in 2013.
