Selecting Jury For Former Cowboy Josh Brent Was No Easy Task

Attorney’s in the case of former Cowboy Josh Brent found out it was no easy task seating a jury that does not have an opinion about the case. The initial pool of 120 potential jurors left attorneys with a challenge. Many people in the DFW area were very familiar with the case.

After two days of questioning a jury is seated in the Josh Brent intoxication manslaughter trial. The jury is comprised of ten women, two men and one alternate.

The trail begins Monday. Brent faces two to 20 years in prison for the December 2013 crash that killed team mate Jerry Brown
