We are use to the Texas Heat this time of year and normally it means just cranking up the air conditioning 24-7. In this economy that isn’t so easy for many struggling families in North Texas. If you are already trying to make ends meet; paying for food and gas even medication, the last thing you need is an huge utility bill. The report indicated that the heat exacerbates already existing medical conditions that are prevalent in our community like asthma, diabetes.
