Get Moving This Weekend: Walk Off That Belly Fat

    I recently signed up to participate in the “Get Fit” initiative offered by my employer. The goal is to walk a mere 500,000 steps by June 2012.  When you sign up you are provided a step counter ( kinda of clicker thing) which you attached to your shoe and then you are encouraged to get-to-stepping.  I tend to walk a lot but with the program or even a partner you can really stick to accomplishing your goals.  A little walking can take you a long way.
